3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Today on the blog I am sharing, I think, one of the easiest cookie recipes I think I have ever made. They are peanut butter cookies and I couldn’t even believe it that it was only 3 ingredients! Seriously, just three!

This is especially great if you have some unexpected guests come over and you want to make something that’s both tasty and quick. You can find both the sugar and peanut butter at your local dollar store. I found mine at dollarama.

This recipe takes no time at all. Prep all three of your ingredients and let’s make some peanut butter cookies! (Recipe below)

You will need:

• 1 egg

• 1 cup peanut butter

• 1 cup sugar

• parchment paper

• fork

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F and line one baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix together 1 egg, 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup sugar. Combine until smooth.

3. Roll into small balls and place onto parchment paper. Using a fork, apply light pressure to indent in a criss cross fashion.

4. Place in oven and bake for 6-8 minutes. They are meant to be served soft and chewy.
